Ticketing Cashier

Description:

DUTIES:

Greet guests at the ticket booths.  Provide guests with information regarding the Park's activities and events.  Explain ticket prices and assist individuals and groups with tickets and brochures.  Up-sell yearly memberships.  Collect and secure money from tickets sold.  Provide guests with correct change.  Reconcile tills at end of shift.  Cross-train as an Ambassador and exchange tickets for wristbands and answer guests' questions.  All other duties as assigned.

TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:

• Prior sales and up-selling experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Prior cash handling experience preferred

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have weekday and weekend availability
• Must have a friendly attitude and a willingness to serve
• Must have a good math aptitude and be able to make correct change
• Must be computer literate
• Must be able to work sitting inside a small booth and standing outside in varying weather conditions
