Description:
Join the team for Atlanta's best winter attraction - Snow Mountain!! Snow Mountain will consist of multiple lanes for inner tube racing down a 400 foot hill covered with fresh snow daily, and a play zone where guests can make their own snowman, build an igloo, or throw snowballs at various targets.
DUTIES:
Ensure a positive and memorable Snow Mountain experience for guests. Shovel and rake snow to create a smooth surface for tubers. Observe activities on the slides and assist distressed persons. Push-off guests on inner tubes. Monitor and direct guest traffic. Ensure that guests have the appropriate ticket for attractions and timed events. Manage and control large crowd capacity, ensuring that a proper count is kept and turned in hourly. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Monitor information on weather. Perform minor custodial work before and after operations. All other duties as assigned.
TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
- Some high school education preferred
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- Previous experience at a ski or winter resort is a plus
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Must be physically able to carry heavy inner tubes, push-off tubers who are seated at the top of a ramp, and shovel snow for long periods of time
- Must be able to work in the winter environment
- Must be able to maintain a good working relationship with co-workers
- Must have excellent communication skills and sense of appropriateness to converse with employees and guests
- Must possess a strong attention to detail
A wardrobe is provided for you including hat, coat, gloves, boots, etc.
