Other Important School Program Information

Here is some additional information to consider as you plan your school outing or field trip:

• Tickets are paid for on the day of your visit. We accept checks, cash and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover).
  
  
• A $50.00 deposit is required at the time of booking.
  
  
• Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:
  1.   Cancellations with two weeks notice receive a full refund
  2.   Rescheduling with two weeks notice; deposit can be transferred to the new reservation.
  3.   Cancellations with less than two weeks notice forfeit deposit.
  4.   Rescheduling with less than two weeks notice forfeit deposit and must pay a new deposit for the new reservation.
  5.   No shows will forfeit deposit.
  
  
• Field Trip prices are taxable, however, a Georgia State Tax Exemption Form can be supplied to be eligible for the non-tax rate and the non-tax rate will only apply to funds provided by the organization. Out-of-state schools are not eligible for the non-tax rate.
  
  
• Parking Information: Public School, Private School, Government or Church buses with names permanently printed on the side of the bus do not require a parking permit for Park entry. Cars/vans (including day care and private school buses) with less than 15 people pay $8.00 for a daily permit. Vehicles/buses (including day care and private school buses) with 15 or more people pay $20.00 for a daily permit.
  
  
• Lunch: Groups may bring sack lunches and eat at the public picnic areas on a first come, first served basis.
  
  
• Chaperones: The Park requires one chaperone for every 10 students. One teacher or adult chaperone is admitted free with every 10 student tickets purchased. Each additional adult will be charged at the appropriate price.
