Every child wants a chance to share their Christmas list with Santa, and you can do just that at Stone Mountain Christmas! Visit Santa at his North Pole office as he and his magical helpers take a break from making Christmas presents so they can spend time with your family. Visits with Santa allow you to capture precious moments with the whole family and the big man himself, Santa Claus.

Sing-Along Train Ride

All aboard the Scenic Railroad for a unique experience on this authentic 1940s locomotive! During the holiday season, a trip on the Scenic Railroad takes you around the base of Stone Mountain while you sing along to your favorite Christmas carols and holiday tunes. The Sing-A-Long Train will have you rockin’ around the mountain and even making a stop in Pebble Ridge for a warmhearted story called The Gift.

Holiday Stories and Performances

Head over to The Gingerbread House and listen to Santa’s favorite baker tell Frosted Fables for little ones. Laugh along with the whole family while you watch a hilarious take on Charles Dickens’s holiday tale, A Christmas Carol. Enjoy festive holiday music sung by the Crossroads Carolers. There’s something for everyone to get into the spirit of the season!

Christmas Parade

You won’t want to miss the Christmas Parade featuring Aurora the Princess of Light and some of your favorite holiday characters! The nightly parade makes its way through Crossroads with decorative holiday floats and the whole place lights up for this magical moment. Sing along to your favorite Christmas songs during the parade and wave to Santa and Mrs. Claus as they make their way to the North Pole!

Walkthrough Experiences

The Skylights Spectacular features a picturesque walkthrough experience where you’re surrounded by beautiful holiday-themed lights and décor. You might even spot a snowflake or two! The Musical Frosted Forest takes place along the Memorial Hall Walkway, where you can stroll through a magical light show choreographed to your favorite festive music. Jurassic Christmas, located at Dinosaur Explore, gives you a glimpse of how our prehistoric friends celebrate the holidays. And all-new this year, The Northern Lights 3D Immersive Experience takes you on an illuminated journey with Princess Aurora and her furry friends!

Enchanted Tree Lighting Ceremony

Every evening, the Enchanted Tree Lighting Ceremony takes place on Memorial Lawn. Learn all about Christmas traditions from around the world, and then watch Santa’s Big Flight as he lights up the giant enchanted Christmas tree from his sleigh!

The World’s Largest Christmas Light Show

Stone Mountain Park is famous for its spectacular light shows, and we are especially proud to present The World’s Largest Christmas Light Show! Spread out on a blanket or snuggle up with your loved ones on Memorial Lawn for a unique and immersive holiday light show, unlike anything you’ve ever seen before.

Magical Christmas Drone Show

In addition to the Christmas Light Show every evening*, we put on our magical Christmas Drone Show! The whole family will be amazed as hundreds of drones light up the night sky in festive aerial formations with color-changing lights all synced up to your favorite holiday songs.

How to Enjoy Stone Mountain Christmas

Whether you regularly spend time at Stone Mountain Park or this is your first time visiting, there are many ways you can enjoy Stone Mountain Christmas with various passes and lodging options.

Parking Passes

Stone Mountain Park offers two options: a One-Day Parking Pass and an Annual Parking Pass. The One-Day Parking Pass works best for visitors who can only spend one day at the park, while folks who plan to visit Stone Mountain Park throughout the year will appreciate the savings offered with the Annual Parking Pass that pays for itself in just two trips. Both parking passes grant access to all the natural areas inside the park, including nature trails, picnic areas, and the children’s playground.

Attractions Tickets

When you visit Stone Mountain Park for Stone Mountain Christmas, you will also need to purchase Attraction Tickets for each family member ages 3 and up. An Attractions Ticket grants you access to all park attractions and Stone Mountain Christmas activities, including the Scenic Railroad, the World’s Largest Christmas Light Show, and other seasonal live entertainment. Stone Mountain Park also offers a Christmas VIP Add-on option that includes exclusive front-of-the-line access to select attractions, special seating for the Christmas Light Show, and more!

Mountain Membership

Another option for admission to Stone Mountain Christmas is getting a Mountain Membership. If you plan on visiting Stone Mountain Park at least twice in one year, a Mountain Membership provides the best value for you! It includes access to 12 months of all Stone Mountain Park attractions and festivals, plus special benefits.
