Stone Mountain Park Membership

How to Use Your Membership

Welcome to the new and improved Stone Mountain Park membership. Same 3,200 acres, same big rock, brand-new way to get through the gate.

Your membership now lives in a short member ID instead of a plastic card slowly disintegrating at the bottom of a tote bag, and booking your next visit takes roughly as long as it takes to find a parking spot on a Saturday.

Here is the whole thing, click by click. One of the eight steps is just picking a date, so mentally this is really more like seven.

Good to know

You do not need a printed membership card

Your member ID is all you need to book online and use your benefits. Keep it in your phone, your notes app, or the confirmation email we sent when you joined.

Still want a physical card? Visit Guest Services at the Crossroads Attraction Ticketing window and we will print one for you.

The Walkthrough

Booking a Visit, Step by Step

Screenshots below show the Pumpkin Festival ticket, but every bookable item at the park works exactly the same way. Tap any image to enlarge it.

Start at stonemountainpark.com

Go to stonemountainpark.com and click Buy Tickets in the top right corner of the page. It is the dark blue button sitting next to Book Your Stay.

Pick what you want to do

The ticket window opens with everything you can book: park attractions, festivals, the Summit Skyride, the Light Show, Adventure Outpost, parking and more. Find the activity you would like to use your membership for and click Select date on that card.

Choose your date

Dates highlighted in green are open for booking. Click the one you want. Dates in grey are not available for that particular activity, so if your date looks dim, try a different activity or a different day.

Choose your time

Available times appear right below the calendar once your date is selected. Click the time you plan to arrive. Some activities only offer one time, in which case there is exactly one thing to click and you cannot get it wrong.

Click “Are you a member?”

On the Plan your experience screen you will see the regular ticket prices. Above them is a small link: Are you a member? Click it.

This is the step people skip. Click it before you set any quantities, and your member pricing will load in its place.

Enter your member ID and apply it

Type your member ID into the box, then click Apply. Your ID is the short mix of letters and numbers from your membership confirmation email.

Choose your benefit, then add to cart

Once your ID is applied, your membership level and expiration date appear, and your benefits unlock at $0. Set the quantity next to the benefit you want to use, then click Add to cart.

A benefit greyed out with No remaining benefits has already been used up. Regular priced tickets stay listed underneath, so you can add extra guests to the same order.

Bringing a friend? Bring a Friend for FREE appears here as its own line. Add a quantity to that row and your guest comes along at no charge, as long as you have that benefit remaining.

Check out with your membership email

At checkout, enter the email address associated with your membership account. That is the same address you used when you purchased the membership, and it is how your order gets matched to you.

Then click Complete your order. That is it. You are going to the park.

After You Book

What Happens Next

Your confirmation arrives by email with the tickets attached. Pull it up on your phone when you get here, and keep your member ID handy for your next visit. No card to remember, no wallet to dig through.

Booking a return trip works exactly the same way, and your benefits refresh according to your membership level.

Frequently Asked

Questions We Get a Lot

Where do I find my member ID?

It is in the confirmation email you received when you purchased your membership. Save that email, or save the ID somewhere on your phone, and booking takes seconds every time.

Do I need to bring a printed membership card?

No. Your member ID and the confirmation email for your booking are all you need. If you would still like a physical card, stop by Guest Services at the Crossroads Attraction Ticketing window and we will print one for you.

My member ID will not apply. What now?

Check the ID for typos first, since letters and numbers can look alike. Then confirm your membership is still within its valid dates, which appear on screen once the ID is accepted. If it still will not take, visit Guest Services at the Crossroads Attraction Ticketing window and we will sort it out.

Can I bring guests who are not members?

Yes. Add your member benefits first, then set quantities on the regular priced ticket rows in the same booking. Everything checks out together in one order. If your membership includes a Bring a Friend benefit, use that row instead and your guest is free.

Do I have to book every activity separately?

Each activity is booked from its own tile in the ticket window, but you can keep adding to the same cart and check out once at the end.

What if I need to change or cancel?

Each booking shows its cancellation policy at checkout, just above the order button. For help with an existing booking, contact Guest Services.
