Some lots are a quick walk over to the fishing area, and Cherokee Dock, while others are closer to the pool, General Store, and other amenities you’ll love. Reservation Details A two (2) night minimum reservation requirement and a one (1) night deposit will be taken at the time the reservation is made, except on major holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day). Major holiday reservations require a minimum of a three (3) night stay and payment in full at the time of booking. There are no discounts during this time. All Rental Unit campers may stay a maximum of 7 nights. After that stay, guests must wait a minimum of 7 nights before they can re-book. CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email: campground@stonemountainpark.com Cancellations prior to 5 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a refund of their deposit less a $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations 5 days or less before the scheduled arrival forfeit deposit (Prepaid Packages, Yurts, and RV Rentals will also incur a $100 cancellation fee). Cancellations have a one-time option of moving their dates without penalty. A second move of dates will incur a $15 move fee. Only two date moves allowed. Reservations that have moved dates, then canceled, will forfeit entire original deposit. CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 PM or later. Early check-in may be available for regular sites only. No early check-ins for Yurts, Rental Trailers or Safari Tents.CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 PM for RV, Pop-up and Tent sites. 11:00 AM for Yurts, Rental Trailers, & Safari Tents.NO REFUNDS: If you leave earlier than your scheduled departure date, no refund will be issued.
